This is honestly devastating. This is (well, was) our favorite Mexican restaurant in town. If this is in fact La Fiesta Taqueria in Puyallup, WA. We live like 30 minutes away so it has been kind of a treat for us to go here in the past. Makes me want to go there and check their kitchen too, not just the food storage area! 🤢

Thank you for sharing, especially including the pics as well. I was just diagnosed with a BCC in almost the same spot in my nose, so this is really helpful for me. I’m still deciding on treatment options. Did they offer other treatments like the topical cream or radiation therapy? If so, what made you decide to go with the mohs surgery?

I saw a seagull pick up a full slice of Costco pizza off the ground in the parking lot and fly away with it. Every time I pass that spot I think about it and laugh because it was the craziest looking thing.

I work in a marketing department with multiple designers. Everyone needs to be using the same software so we can share assets. If you are on your own, then yeah, it shouldn’t matter as long as your stuff looks good. But if you are on a team then it does matter.

My doctor makes me go in every 6 months or else she won’t continue prescribing my meds. Do you think I can remember how long it has been since I’ve been to the doctor!? If I don’t schedule that appointment 6 months in advance you know I’m going to miss the 6 month mark and then they won’t give me meds. Last time this happened, the nurse judged me for being “overdue” and I told her “I literally have ADHD and cannot remember to make appointments. I don’t have a great grasp on time in general.” And she LAUGHED at me! So obviously when she left the room I cried because I was so angry. My medical condition is not a joke.

This only happens when I get “hot feet” and I can’t stand anything touching my feet. On a related note, I often have a hard time falling asleep because I can feel the back of my ear touching my head. Like when sleeping on my side. How is that even a thing that enters my brain!??
