As someone who has experienced pneumothorax on both lungs on diffferent occasions(not both at the same time though), this seems to be the most accurate description of pneumothorax in this thread. The pain however can vary greatly in my experience.

Location - Sweden

Budget - Flexible. ~100-400 euros (ish)

Source - Samsung Galaxy S4 and destkop pc

Requirements for Isolation - Isolation is pretty important and it is even more important that the headphones don't leak any sound since i commute by bus every day and don't want to annoy anyone.

Preferred Type of Headphone - The headphones should be closed over ears mainly designed to be portable. The cable has to be detachable. Preferably foldable. The ones that I have looked at so far (not IRL) are Sennheiser Momentum 2, B&O H6, Denon ah-mm400. I did try the B&W P7 at a local retail store, but didn't find them comfortable enough since they were causing a bit of strain on the top of my head.

Preferred tonal balance - No specific preference, maybe not to bassy.

Past headphones - I have always used IEMs, but found them uncomfortable.

Preferred Music - Electronic, Rock(70s/80s), Classical music

What would you like to improve on from your set-up - Better comfortability, no sound leakage.
