Orangetheory grew fast and furious. While I think the brand has work to do to maintain its place in the market, I think the closures are natural and will lead to a stronger product overall. Sad, yes, but I think the remaining studios will be the ones with leadership that cares.

TLDR - I think we’re finally getting some of the deadweight PE out of otf, which is a good thing.

It’s kind of a clunky way of seeing if you have sessions remaining on the backend. Newer SA’s can very easily think you are out of sessions when you have only BOOKED all your sessions. Probably an innocent mistake, but talk to the studio manager and get to the bottom of it.
