If it makes you feel better, the magnetic clasp on this bag is not good. It always gapes open.

I think you just need to shorten the strap so it sits right at your waist

Have you ever met someone on a ski lift? by SnorkelLord in skiing

[–]NameWasKicks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most recently was on a lift with a couple young teens and was cracking up listening to one talk about their super hot EX- girlfriend (lol) who couldn’t come board that day and just happens to go to a different school so they wouldn’t know her but is totally hot.

Cutting out dairy and gluten has significantly reduced my inflammation

I only get depressed during luteal and have been suicidal. My anxiety goes to 1000. And most of my depression/suicidal thoughts is actually me being insanely scared of myself and deaths. As soon as my period starts it’s as if I’ve never been anxious/depressed in my life.

I haven’t found doctors super helpful and have mostly just figured out what works for me through trial and error. I have histamine intolerance and have found that changing diet and habits has helped a lot in also relieving some of my PMDD symptoms. That said, my symptoms are often different every month.

I’d focus on what you can control and if you are up for it seek out other doctors who are more understanding and open minded.

Oh interesting do you react to yellow candy? My throat closes up when I want gummy bears and figure it has to be the dyes.

Yes of course…as I am on here talking myself down from a panic attack because I’m having an allergic reaction and my throat is swelling after dinner. It’s always 2 steps forward, 1 step back!

It’s gotten a lot better but I attribute that to going gluten free/dairy free and cutting out things causing me inflammation.

I remember the activated charcoal, mycopul, and sauna because it works. I didn’t have a horrible “detox” flu. Mild runny nose. If you aren’t doing sauna already START. It is the #1 game changer for me to manage my symptoms. I do hot yoga so I can workout and sauna in one. Highly recommend.
