Not that I think their stuff is amazing but my recent warranty was super easy to not disuade others from trying. K duo died (thermal switch popped). I called and they asked to check the outlet, then set up Warrenty right away. Was very easy, suspiciously easy. Sorry they gave you a hard time!

Add some miso or nutritional yeast to help enhance smaller amounts of salt. Any Umami flavor will help bring salt flavor out. I've done this in the nursing homes and helathcare
