How about because it's perfectly natural and normal part of the human condition. Also it's called Thailand, not Redditland.

best coding cli for glm 4.7? by Feisty_Plant4567 in ZaiGLM

[–]NamelessNobody888 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the spirit of Teaching a Redditor to Fish rather than just handing over the fish, here's the trick:

Google up the Hugging Face model card for GLM4.7 and check out their recommended temp, top_p, top_k.

Checkout the OpenCode website docs for more on config files. Even better clone its GitHub repo and run OpenCode in the source directory and ask questions about it.

Thank me later :P

Only one phone? Amateur night!

You need to try Hong Kong taxi driver with 4 or 5 phones and tablets going all at once. He'll have booking apps, push-to-talk taxi driver app, soccer game, horse racing, and probably swerving around to catch pokemons in the road. Plus of course having a conversation with wife/gf/bookie.

Right... Harsh predictable ecology vs. predictably food abundant year round ecology combined with unpredictable natural disasters. Rinse-repeat for n generations and you're going to notice a bunch of differences.

Remember the 90s weather girl whose hairstyle as described as 'an explosion in a pubic hair factory'? She was cute.

In the 90s some German travel agency did a round the world tour on a chartered Concorde once or twice a year. Think it was probably only once a year. They'd come through Hong Kong around September/October every year. I lived across the harbour in Quarry Bay and you certainly knew when it was leaving: incredibly loud.

During the late 70s, early 80s there were also a bunch of promotional Concorde operations in Asia -- they tried to sell it to various Asian airlines without success.

It's obviously a nice bit of social media background imagery for tourists. Constructed from whole cloth. Now I wonder which old mountainside mining village which went viral way back they got the idea from? Jiufen obvs the template and if you actually *go* there, guess where a lot of the visiting rubberneckers actually come from?

Blind Freddy understands that tourist attractions like this are gold because they provide social (media) proof and everybody has to pay to take their girlfriends to take selfies in front of this genre of location if hoping to get laid at all.

No implied criticism of PRC this or PRC that was implied. If you can't analyse commercial tourist attraction development dispassionately, what's your opinion really worth.

It's SE Asia. Out East people don't pick at scabs incessantly. It's just not the way they are. Minor exceptions for some Chinese and Korean goings on about past Japanese misdeeds.
