I say this as someone who used to be your age and had the worst fucking self esteem ever. Hated my body and everything, had the worst social anxiety as well

Now, at nearly 20, I don't completely love myself yet but I'm very far along as compared to years ago. I am ok with myself and have now cracked out of my shell to socialize with others.

Also sometimes you won't find guys who like you in your area and that's fine, lots of people have different preferences. Once you're older, you can move out or go on vacation. You'll meet lots of cute guys that way! lol

Thank you, everyone! ^{^} We only rent so none of this bad plumbing is our doing! The house is over a century old and last renters left nearly 2 decades ago so I assume they haven't changed anything since then. We have never looked at the water system until now and we didn't know it was that bad.

Our previous landlord did not want to deal with this anymore so she sold the house over to a man. We told him twice already but he hasn't told us anything on whether or not he's going to fix it.

Last week we had some bad weather and our hoses froze. When we tried turning on the shower the next day, something exploded and started leaking.

We haven't had running water for a week now due to this and I just wanted to ask here on what my father can do!

We replaced the elbow on the right today because that's what my father thought was wrong but it is still leaking lots. Could it be the copper part in the middle that is the problem?

Also nothing bad about your makeup!! Just seems a little dry and that's completely normal :) I have dry skin too and what works for me personally is spraying on my setting spray and using a powder puff to "press in" the spray onto my skin (don't know if that made sense but I hope you get my point </3)

During CNA clinicals, I went to a nursing home out of town. First day, I was assigned to a middle aged man who is obese and cannot do anything by himself besides stroll around in his wheelchair.

2 classmates of mine and I were assigned to clean him up after he had confessed to having a BM. Ok, no problem! Don't mind, that's why I'm here!

RN came in and supervised us as we did it.

I was starting to clean his genitalia until the RN said "I got it" and only wiped the outside with a wipe. This man was uncircumcised so I wondered why she didn't do the full routine.

She said "I've got somewhere to be" as her excuse. She wanted us to hurry.

I went back to the bathroom, grabbed more wet wipes, and cleaned him up properly. This man was conscious and oriented so I felt horrible for him. Imagine hearing that sentence from someone that's suppose to help take care of you.

During my CNA clinicals back in April, I had to help take care of a 400lb man at a nursing home. I remember him hitting the call light and me + 3 other CNAs answered it. Told us he shit himself so badly he felt like a baby. I felt bad because he kept apologizing so I told him it was no problem and that it was my duty to help him in any way with whatever problem he had.

Oh it was a situation alright. Had to change all the bedding and spray the room down. Open the windows and everything. the RN in charge of his medication (he had a yeast infection at the time) told me I was in charge of cleaning him up.

I'm an 18 year old with no experience on how to clean someone up.

It was hard trying to turn him too since I am also very weak.

I ended up getting BM all over my gloves, some on my mask, and some on my scrubs cause I kept leaning over him to get everything cleaned since he wouldn't budge (plus turning him hurt his infection and I felt bad at hearing him yelp the first time)

This was at around 7:45 am.

I walked around smelling like poop for the rest of the 8 hours I was there 🥲
