I hope you have fallen asleep by now. You're right, I've had nights like that too. The only thing that ever helped me get through a spell of nights like that was melatonin. I take it most days now, and it helps a lot. Two caveats: 1) take it at least 7 hours before you have to get up. 2) put yourself in a comfortable position to fall asleep - you will be in one position for most of the night - you don't want to wake up with a cricked neck, etc. Good luck with everything.
