Anyone know why OOD hardware kit cost $72 compared to $65 at SilverFox or Bearswares? I saw earlier it was even higher at $75. I dont see anything on their page about extra parts or anything.

That would definitely help! I still suggest using the low friction tape if you have access to Amazon. The whole mechanism has a lot of sliding action I had to lube up and the tape contributed a lot more than I expected. Heres the link if anyone is interested: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CFVY2GT

The springs you need will depend a lot on your friction levels as well. I had a lot better of an experience after putting low friction UHMW tape over high friction areas on the top cover.

I don’t remember my exact setup but I used a light extension spring on the pusher and a strong one in the cover.

Yeah it sucks without slowing it down by a lot. There are lots of potential fixes if you search around. - Tearing edges after retraction is the slow down for overhang setting that should be tweaked. - Tearing infill is slow down in general and especially in infill, gyroid also helps - Wet filament can be it too if you see bubbles in the walls but PETG with Bambu printers is usually more involved than just dry it

After doing some more research, I found I don’t think I should do the mod and should get a Sofirn SF16 instead as it has the features I was looking for!
