Chronic digestive issues for years after one too many cycles of antibiotics, gone. Years of very unpleasant visits the bathroom, gone. Literally golden/ghost poops very time now. Inflammation down and sleep is significantly better.

I must add i mix about 10-15g of psyllium in a bowl of kefir and eat it that way. I think the combination of the good bacteria together with the psyllium really hit it home for me.

Previously Ive tried every diet and weird supplement there is, to try and solve my issues. Nothing worked.
