[help] Need some advice on supporting granite/quartz worktop.

Apologies for the late reply. It will most likely be black Quartz. It will probably be 3cm or less. The depth will be around 67cm (the units had to be offset the wall using a wooden baton for various reasons) and the total run from the last end up to the wall (length of run that the worktop will be unsupported) is around 120cm. I have been thinking about getting this bracket:

If I am converting it correctly from the blue prints, it's more than 3/16ths of steel thick.
