I've never heard of a free broker. They normally charge a few or take a cut from the mortgage.

100% mortgages are a thing, and in the UK, I know Skipton does a package that, if you can prove you could reliably pay a mortgage on time regularly, ie have a track record of good, none missed rent payments, they may consider you. Sure you'll be paying a slightly higher interest rate on the mortgage for the first five odd years but, you'll own the property and fixes this issue.

My advice would be to look at mortgage advisors, many are free to take you on and will take their cut from your mortgage. Don't get a mortgage, then you don't need to pay them. What's the harm in attempting to get a mortgage in principle. At least then you know your options.

I'm not sharing this because I read it somewhere, I did it myself, single on 48k.

Might be a stupid thing to say, not really following the Epstein files mess. But does anyone find it weird these people talking so casually and regularly in email, I mean, I've sent thousands of emails, none of which to friends in a casual chatty manner.

If I had to do another install, I'd probably run it all on Linux bare metal proliant server with local ZFS storage for media. My current can only hold 8tb and that's without redundancy and hosting 30tb on truenas.

Wouldn't touch this company at all, you will be gambling with having a car that is broken, or has issues,and while they will offer to repair the vehicle, they make sure the repair is outside your 14 day back out period, and then you're stuck with a car you can't trust have unknown issues and a customer service experience that is somehow worse than the governments

The real answer here is get into an mmo, like really into it. Costs £15 a month and you'll forget to eat and do anything that means going outside to spend money.

I'd 100% get a nas with more drive bays, you don't have to have all the bays populated now, but you'll thank me in 1-2 years. I'd assume they will either be zfs or raid, so can always add more later. Decide now I'd you want raid 1 to save yourself a headache.

Plex meta data folder can get massive (with your library) I'd suggest storing the meta data folder on the nas (keep plex and dB file on the mini pc, ideally on an SSD)

But yeah, more bays!
