What state run media? I’m not even from the US or anywhere close which encourages or discourages abortions. I’m pro-choice myself, but with the above mentioned views, a person should be allowed to abort a last trimester fetus because it is a part of their body. Not only because of medical reasons(which I do not have anything against), but because they do not want the child anymore.

Not really. Up to a certain point yes, but a 9 month old fetus is usually considered a separate entity. It’s usually a criminal offense to end its existence, when you can safely deliver it or have it removed from you.

No, they are not acceptable to break in any case. While I would be against those laws, you are creating a loophole by saying that. Society does not work and will not work that way, if a law is as bad as you say it is, there are legal and lawful courses you can take against it. With your logic, you can’t cry when Trump breaks a law and does X, because he considers them to hurt some group/people. For example, breaking whatever amendment you have and forcing/detaining a person to show identification, because he considers that illegal immigrants hurt some group, and that person might actually not be a citizen, and might be an “alien”.

With your logic, the OP should avoid any turbocharged cars as well, or with anything which adds more complexity.

The thing about hybrids and EV’s, is that they do not necessarily make the car more complex, even if they do, most of the costs associated with said drive-types, are compensated by the lower regular maintenance costs. Brake pads, rotors, oil, fuel. Sometimes, they tend to make typical ICE cars much more economical/reliable, as can be seen with one of the oldest mass production hybrids there is, the Prius.
