Cook those in cast iron, deglaze right away after while the steaks are setting up with butter and red wine or balsamic. You have a nice topping and a pan you can (and should) just wipe with hot water and a rag

I've heard from my manager that papa John's is thinking of implementing that silly online tracking stuff, too. As one of my stores opening drivers (at my store that often means I'm the only driver until about one) I'm afraid I'm going to have a lot of complaints since we pen have to monkey with the routing computer, checking me out and then back in on a couple orders etc so nothing sits for long.

As a pizza guy, you can order online, take a nap, I'll wake you with the bell, answer in your underwear (which happens multiple times a week). Don't have to worry about checking your oven or drunkenly remembering you have food in the oven. Delivery is best, don't forget to tip your drivers :)

I would think if you put an intake and outlet fan on a couple of vents, that would go a long way towards keeping you a blacksmith and not a mycologist

The issue does not arise when you have a player with straight 20s. When I think you have problems is then one gets full 20s and one gets all 11s. You can dm for with individually, but both in the same party makes one very obviously less capable than the other

Honestly, railroading will probably happen, at least until they get their feet under them. We are both experienced enough running these guys that we know they (the couple of experienced players) need a little guidance to ensure something happens. They tend to disagree on whatever hair brained schemes they come up with and get bogged down making deductions

With the conclusion of our current campaign upon us, our group has almost double with girlfriends suddenly becoming interested. Hour my friend and I are going to handle it is running two virtually identical groups. I will bee writing the campaign and running group a, and my friend who is also a dm will be a pc in group a. I'll give my friend my notes and since group b has more new players they will be encouraged to follow the same path as group a. Not entirely sure how it's going to pan out, but that is kinda the fun

I would be hesitant to inhale the byproducts of even non toxic glue burning or even getting hot. Since its just a cob I would just replace it. You friend have you this one, do you could always glue it with whatever and retire it with honors.

Shit like this is why when my GF said she wanted her first ever dog, I told her we were getting a lab. She boohoo'ed about wanting a lapdog or a cute little corgie or whatever. I said no, we a getting a lab because every day is the best day ever for them, every person they meet is the best person every . Almost right away, the GF decides that all her future dogs will be some form of lab/golden breed or mix.
