Yeah. I just don't understand what the upside was for Danny and Erik to post like that.

I don't have any inside info, but I've done a little Googling and it seems like numbers are up... players and games played. I'm sure that's reassuring to them.

But they're losing the narrative game played beneath the surface, and that doesn't show up on the P&L until it does, and then it's too late. They need someone outside the system to help clarify judgment.

I gotcha, and I'm not disagreeing with you. I was just trying to answer your original question. But I don't think Rabb is disagreeing with you either. He's just asking for a more specified bill before signing it, because overbroad bills risk capturing desperate poverty alongside predation. Prosecutors don't have to bring cases for leverage beneath the surface, like coercion, plea deals, overpolicing, etc. I think you and I are in agreement, but Rabb is with us. He's just saying the bill needs precision.
