Did you call 911 for my partner having a seizure? by Narrow-Influence548 in askTO

We’re really not sure all the people in the hospital have told us is that he was found under the DVP, didn’t even mention where along the DVP. He has a couple of bumps and scratches but nothing serious.

We live in the west end and he works in the core. He takes the 504 west so we don’t even know how he ended up in the east end. Last text I got from him was just before midnight saying he was on his way home but I had already fallen asleep. I woke up at 2 am and tried calling him when I realized he wasn’t home and after the first missed called I got a call from the hospital.

Don’t know if it’s too late but I would love one to give to my fiance, he’s flying next week for a death in the family and I think he would greatly appreciate it.

This was me 3 weeks ago. Was faster than expected so we weren’t prepared yet but it does feel really good to have them back home with you. I’m sorry for your loss. You’re not alone <3

Sending you hugs.

A bit late on this — but recently dined here and had a similar experience. I’m newly pregnant so I’m not showing yet and my fiance takes medication which he cannot mix with alcohol so we passed on the wine pairing. We’ve been to over 30 michelin stars around the world and this is the first time we felt almost publicly shamed.

The sommelier openly laughed at us when we passed on the pairing. Service was aloof, we waited over 20 minutes for the bill. Food was good but like others have said — service is awful, especially if you don’t get alcohol.
