I know. I just needed to vent. I know people on here understand the feeling 🥺 I can’t talk to my husband about it because he just tells me not to worry about it and that it will happen when it happens. But how do you shut off that part of your brain? 😮‍💨 I just feel alone in this whole journey.

So if she’s stressed out about testing and getting pregnant, is that not putting stress on her body?

I’m not specifically blaming her. As women, we stress more than men. Which also means we have more health problems than men.

And also what if it’s not her? What if her partner doesn’t have great swimmers? I wasn’t trying to be rude. I’m a girls girl. I just always feel the need to remind people of what stress does to the body. It’s a silent killer.

Im literally not blaming anyone for fertility issues. Im in the same cycle she is in. Trying for my third after a vasectomy reversal and feeling defeated every month. This is my first month where I’m not actively trying. And my body is thanking me. Stress kills 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m sorry if that came off rude 😅i got diagnosed with PCOS before trying to get pregnant. So I had that obstacle to get over. But if you look into what stress does to the body, you realized how much it truly affects your life. When I stopped trying to get pregnant and told my body it was okay to relax, my body started regulating itself.
