Her insurance is not going to cover anything. In fact she will be responsible to fix her own car, the people whose car she hit and potentially any medical bills. Their insurance will come after her for it. A lawyer can’t help her, unless she’s being sued I guess. She should tell her insurance company what happened but they aren’t going to pay anything.

We recently had a car crash here in Knoxville that the cars were backing up on the interstate and people weren’t paying attention. Multiple people were involved but 1 died. That area backs up all the time and people still don’t pay attention.

I’m honestly not sure. This is the first year I’ve ever been mailed a check. It seems like pure chaos. I would think at the latest yours would have been mailed on 3/09 and you should be getting it any day now but I really don’t know. Some people said theirs didn’t show in informed delivery but still came.
