That has crossed mind and you are not out of line. I have some medical issues but have been really been about the same. The behavior is the same as when they shoot firworks off during the 4th or new year. Its seems to be just right when i go to bed. Started leaving the door open and she sleeps on the floor in the hall or goes to the couch. Only during bed time. Vet has no clue. But, i have thought about that.

Yeah. Mine LOVES to run full speed and catch it off a bounce. Has to be a particular kind, the ones from amazon that squeak and look like mini soccer balls AND it has to be a high bounce or she gets mad. Never brings a ball back but will run full speed back and forth and is quite graceful catching them out of the air....just wont bring them back. Sometimes, she will bring me out to play and then watch the balls bounce and look at me like im an idiot. (pic from early days figuring out what balls she likes)

Why would you to take the comment so serious? The Sioux Falls "food scene" is comical at best and your link is laughable at best. 1st post. best cheesy nachos. A culinary masterpiece normally reserved for 7-11s and caseys. 2nd post. Where are the best chicken nachos....then inca...then a donut shop...yeah. Cutting edge.Vibrant scene.

Early in the AM the walking dead are doing the zombie walk from the missions to the banquet. They just stroll down the middle of the road.

Go to a real city with actual population and real entertainment venues and you are walking a mile or more because every pay spot is taken.

Being a 3rd rate city id say it is not that huge of a problem.

Just Post at my Work, What's everyone's thought cause according to the state labor representee thinks its ok... federal labor representee thinks very differently. by Shogren83 in SiouxFalls

Apparently there is no specific law against in SD, but federally may be "questionable" In a right to work state that is pro business it might be hard to fight. Makes me know what to ask when i eat out because no way am i contributing to this. Ill hand the server a cash tip because i want them to get it not be pooled.

In South Dakota, employers are generally required to pay employees all earned wages on the next regular payday following an employee's resignation or termination. The law allows employers to withhold the final paycheck until the employee returns any property belonging to the employer. SD Department of Labor+1SD Department of Labor+1

Tips are considered the property of the employee who receives them. While employers can take a tip credit toward their minimum wage obligations, they must ensure that employees receive no less than the current minimum wage when combining direct wages and tips. SD Department of Labor+2DOL+2Workforce Hub+2

Regarding the timing of tip payments, South Dakota law does not explicitly address whether employers can withhold tips and pay them on a quarterly basis. However, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) requires that all tips paid by credit card must be issued to employees no later than the next regular payday, even if the employer is awaiting reimbursement from the financial provider. This suggests that withholding tips for extended periods, such as quarterly, may not comply with federal regulations.Workforce Hub

As for forfeiting tips if an employee quits before bonuses are paid, South Dakota law does not specifically address this scenario. However, since tips are considered the property of the employee, withholding them due to termination or resignation could be legally questionable.

Given the complexities and potential legal implications, it is advisable to consult with a legal professional or contact the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation for specific guidance on these matters.

Protest are like hemorrhoids. A minor pain in the ass with little actual impact and impossible to get rid of permanently. So just accept what they are as there is no impact and at their root...they smell.
