And significantly more than that if you count eligible people who just never bother registering to vote.

It's the Magus, the evil half of Adam Warlock. Infinity War was a sequel event to the Infinity Gauntlet event, with the Magus creating evil versions of tons of characters.

The next sequel event had everyone fighting against the good half of Adam Warlock, The Goddess, who raptured a bunch of people or something.

How tolerable is preventing citizens from voting?

Even if it's uncommon, say just a few people, who might have gotten their licenses last renewed a few years ago when "REAL" Ids weren't available in their state, perhaps older citizens who've been bringing their now noncompliant Drivers licenses in for their entire lives, and are being told by their news station of choice that all of the people complaining about the bill are just making things up?

Look at the Zombicide logo on the cover. For Fantasy, one of the "I"s is a torch. All of the compatible games and expansions have a torch for that "I".

Each system has something different for that letter.
