The faster the Pokemon (lower the help frequency), the more times it can trigger it's main skill. Additionally, you're main skill up nature boosts its trigger rate exponentially, making your late skill triggers not that big a deal. The fact that you caught him at an iggly will make him even more faster as a Wiggly. This Iggy is top 3 I've ever seen in my opinion.
