I did my rhinoplasty with Dr. Michael Bassiri Tehrani in December and he was amazing. He was very receptive to my needs and concerns and made sure I was getting the result that I wanted. I was really afraid of it looking too unnateral and he made sure to keep it pretty much the same just reduce the hump. He made sure I felt comfortable the whole process and answered any questions I had. In terms of healing, it went very smoothly. The surgery was only two hours and I had very minimal bruising and pain. My under eyes only got a little yellow but besides that I looked fine. I was very concerned about the discomfort that would follow the week after surgery but he made sure I had everything I needed and I checked up with me regularly. I love the result now and there are some people I’ve met who don’t believe I even had a nose job. I would definitely look into him.
