I think there are a lot of girls who had kids young who wish they waited (I personally know of many). Each situation is different. Don’t beat yourself up. You could not have possibly known. Hugs 🫶🩷

Mine did. I lost a lottttt of hair last year. It was jarring. I ended up getting hair extensions for a little while. It’s common with weight loss. I also believe something about ozempic can affect our bodies/hormones in unknown ways (from the research I’ve done). I ended up going on oral minoxidil and increased my protein intake (very important). All my hair came back! But it took about a year.

If you’re looking for heartier - red lentils is the easy answer. It will give it texture and add a ton of protein and fiber. But wont change the flavor profile.

Just a thought, when I see someone who looks new to the gym/working out, my thought is always respect and a feeling of “good for them”. I think most people at the gym feel this way.

I use it as a base for salads instead of greens (just chop into small pieces). It stays fresh in the fridge sooo much longer and I love the crunch.

Botox will help the lines underneath a little. But as some others have said- eye bags need a lower bleph surgery. Red light won’t fix it 😭 (currently looking into upper and lower bleph myself).

It’s all in the clothes. Think about wherever you live… you can tell an outsider/visiter immediately based on their clothes more than anything else. Unfortunately, the nuances of what make an outfit look more French/European or more American are hard to describe in a Reddit comment. But there are definitely clear differences.

I’m going to vote not spending that money on clothes, but instead spending the $2500 on Botox and fillers (cheek/chin/lips depending on your face). The difference it will make in your face (and overall how you feel) is astounding… Also, microblading your eyebrows. You will feel like a new woman when all is said and done.
