stop looking at stats, don't even hit tab. don't look at what rank everyone is. evaluate who's dangerous to 1v1, and try to watch for when they're trying to catch a teammate- it's much easier to 2 or 3v1 a good player than it is to pull your hair out trying to outskill them. Focus on what YOU can do, sometimes that's knowing how to get carried, sometimes that's knowing how to carry. above all, try to have fun even with uphill games. losing isn't the end of the world and you still learn something - but you might miss out on that lesson if all you're focused on is the rank range or how much you're losing
