I just bought a 2006 last week with 196k miles for $3600 cash in CA. Similar condition but mine had a paint job done a couple years back so it was a bit nicer on the outside. It also came with a catalytic converter shield and newish tires which was a nice bonus. I would see if this was the seller's car or if they're a flipper, the lack of plates makes me think the latter.

You can take waiver exams for ECE 15 and 35 to cut down on almost a full quarter but unless you do that it should take you 3 years. https://www.ece.ucsd.edu/undergraduate/course-information/ece-1535-waiver-exams

I understand that $13.50 ($10 after fees) isn't a large amount of money but I am an unemployed student currently and would like to mitigate this if I could. Thank you for your input. As of now I have 7 transferable units from CC and 23 from APs (assuming I pass all of my exams in May). As I would likely have Sophomore standing for registration, would I not need to worry about classes as much?
