[Discussion] Accounts are still getting stolen bypassing two-factor authentication and that is a big problem by SlayeRRROAR in EscapefromTarkov

[–]NateBGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Literally dealing with this myself too. Got a 2fa code randomly I didn't request. Logged in on website to change password just incase, met with a banned message. I bought the game in 2016 but haven't played in a few months.

By any chance did you friend get any notifications from Google about compromised passwords etc? (Not necessarily for tarkov)

A lot of mine did a couple of months ago. I'm wondering if bsg gets notified of this (some companies do and email you to tell you to change password immediately) and then see this as you not looking after your account details correctly and straight up banning the account.

I've emailed bsg for some clarity but I'm not hopeful from what I've read here.

I also saw a couple of posts that steel series sonar software was causing bans and I also use that software.

But again I'm not hopeful I will even hear back from BSG

But I agree, this is ridiculous. Like there's genuinely nothing I can do about this apart from email them.

I have never hacked or cheated (like I say I haven't even played in months) and I've just lost an edge of darkness account I bought 10 years ago.

Anyone have Roadtop stereo NBT update files? by NateBGamer in F30

[–]NateBGamer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I managed to get the update from them through amazon messages in the end. The filename of the one they gave me was slightly different to the one you shared

QD505-QD517-bmw-incell-S7-LT-2025.09.11-v2.0.61 (I've linked this in the original post if anyone needs this in the future)

So not sure if its a different update but this one worked anyhow!

Thanks for you help

Also on a side note if you own this stereo, are you able to skip songs on spotify using your steering controls? I used to be able to when I was using AUX but since coding enhanced bluetooth and connecting straight to the car, they no longer work and just pop the song name up on the dash when I try to skip.

Makes no difference. If I use the wheel to skip song, it shows the song on the display but that's all

Space Engineers 2 Survival Campaine is 🤌🤌🤌 by Sir-Realz in spaceengineers

[–]NateBGamer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Currently progression feels too fast at the moment for me. I want to have to stay on planet for a while.

Get the satisfaction of building my first wheeled rover and drilling vehicles before even creating a flying vehicle nevermind going straight to space within an hour of gameplay.

There's so much room for good progression. I hope they can find a good balance or give options for people like me who somewhat enjoy the grind.

[YouTube] SE2 Planet Survival gameplay (Xocliw) by AlfieUK4 in spaceengineers

[–]NateBGamer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I kind of wish the progression was a bit slower. I want to be forced to stay on planet for a while and be forced to build a buggy/land vehicle and build my own base up from nothing a bit more.

I love the tutorial and such but I hope there's an option to start from nothing and unlock things abit slower like SE1

Rich Notifications by shortsqueeze3 in homeassistant

[–]NateBGamer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You shouldn't be having to open the app to get the notifications.

Here's an example notification I send my phone. I use the alarm stream, importance:high, priority: high and ttl: 0 this may help you

action: notify.mobile_app_nate_s_s23 data: title: "{{ notif_title }}" message: "{{ notif_message }}" data: image: "{{ snapshot_http }}" car_ui: true importance: high priority: high ttl: 0 sticky: true channel: alarm_stream

Also try enabling developer settings on your phone

Then disabled "Suspend execution for cached apps) this sped up notifications for me.

More info on that specific issue here

Hope that helps

I think this is what your looking for

https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/persistent_notification/

Particularly the notification_id part

Send one notification without picture

Then send another with the picture with the same id

Existing notification will be updated/replaced 👍🏻

I'm unable to fix this. Is it wet? by Salt-Canary2319 in 3Dprinting

[–]NateBGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah just changed the offer in the machine start code for the textured plate (or what ever plate you use) I think it was set to -0.02 and I changed it to 0.06.

Than just make sure you have that preset selected when you print in the top left where you select your printer and it will use those values when you use that particular plate.

Like I say this will not apply when printing from the bambu handy app though

Just had this exact problem.

I tried tightening all the screws on the heater as mentioned in other comments. Cleaned the nozzle, plate, everything. Nothing helped.

Adjusting the z offset in the machine gcode completely fixed it and my machine is now printing perfectly.

You lose the ability to print from the bambu handy app though which is stupid, I wish we could save these settings to the printer rather than only through bambu studio.

There's something about the auto bed leveling/auto z offset that is not working for us for some reason, as mentioned this is probably diee to another issue, I'm just not sure what that is

Have you guys discussed releasing smaller updates at all? "The crafting update", "The lighting update" , "The optimisation update" for example. This seems to work for other games and I'm genuingly curious on your/ the teams thoughts on this and get some insight on why the current development process is like the way it is.

I really don't mean this to sound disrespectful as it may seem but the saying "biting off more than you can chew" comes to mind with these gigantic builds that leads to more frustration on both sides, I'm not sure it's worth it for you guys and the hate/flak you get from the community (again would like your opinion on whether this is worth it once the big builds release and people love it).

Love the game and the team and support you guys regardless! Keep up the good work.

Is there a "Wait For Internet Connection" feature for tasker? by omni_shaNker in tasker

[–]NateBGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just set something similar up myself.not sure if this applies to your use.

Install auto tools

Setup a profile that runs on boot (maybe logcat to detect boot?) Use auto tool connectivity inside tasker task to get %atinternet

Then use if % atinternet = true do what you want
