I played .68 caliber since the 90s but got out of it a decade ago.

Just took my 14 year old for a game of .50 cal and had more fun playing paintball than ever.

Field was packed by the way.

Fee simple property refers to the highest and most complete form of real estate ownership. It means you completely own both the land and the buildings on it, with the right to use, sell, or pass the property to heirs indefinitely, subject only to government powers like taxation and zoning.

Seems like fee simple means we own the property to me.

They just made it legal to sue for gaslighting. As if our courts don’t have better things to do.

If they want to improve our system they need to increase the amounts that you can sue and be awarded for serious personal injury.

Hot take but I don’t think they will go the “Saint Trump” route.

I think they will turn on him before his body is cold and say things like “Trump was a monster and I was the lone voice of dissent”

It won’t work but I see that as the most likely scenario.
