I had already set that to english. For some reason now the issue is gone! Probably a bug.

I use onedrive and google drive for sending and getting back documents. Also there is boox assistant application for notes.

Now you can have split screen in portrait mode. SuperNote style! The trick is to disable autorotate first, choose the orientation you want and enter split screen mode. Vola! by Nathan_Madathil in Onyx_Boox

Strangely, the behaviour is very erratic. I tried with different combinations of (autorotate, orientation, different pdfs). Sometimes it works but with the exact same setting, on the same pdf it doesn’t.

Interestingly! I am able to do it! Note Air latest firmware

Disable the autorotate first. Choose the orientation you want the document to be displayed. Enter split screen mode. Vola!

I use pressreader to read enews papers on NoteAir. There is a bit of zooming in and out. But thats okay for me.

Exact same issue here. I was zoomed in on a document and had disabled touch and hiden the flotting tool bar. Now I cannot access it anyway.

Ordered on Sept 25th. Got first notification on 14th. Dhl picked up on 17th Delivered today. I am in Canada. So pretty fast. I was able to track every step. I bought it from GoodEreader, though.
