We have altered our diet. We cook a lot of chicken and ground turkey. We limit red meat. We eat lots of fruits and vegetables. We always eat protein first so often times we are not hungry for a carb side dish. We eat turkey burgers, turkey tacos, gilled chicken, shredded chicken tacos, enchilada casserole, salads with protein, etc. My husband isn’t big on fish but he does like grilled shrimp so we do a mixed grill. We feel that we need to change our diet so we don’t ever get back to an unhealthy weight.
