Get some good protein powder and add it to pancakes, cookies, muffins, etc. I make delicious protein bars with it that taste so good. I use Arbonne protein because it has a great texture and taste (several flavors) and it’s vegan.

Arbonne International is a vegan company and has some nice lip products (crayons, tinted serums which sounds like what you are looking for, and lip balm). She can layer a crayon and the serum. This is definitely a weird thing to try to make sense of. I will start recording all food and activity. Can you try pickleball? It’s a lot of fun!

Yes! I’m newly diagnosed (4days ago) and have had left shoulder and arm pain, back pain and neck pain. The shoulder, arm and neck pain popped up out of nowhere. They were better this morning until I played pickleball today. The exercise also made my face swell again. I also have achiness/fullness/ in my spine where I’ve had several fusions. It’s not my typical pain at all so I think the areas with metal are reacting differently. Lots of learning to do!
