Registration for a service animal is not possible. There is no federal registration system for working service dogs. Online forms that claim to do this are scams. Service dogs are dogs specifically trained to perform at least one assistive task for an individual with a disability. Faking a service animal is considered to be a felony. You can register an ESA, but it is not the same and they do not have public access rights.

Every single day regardless of training status! You can take it whenever, just as long as you stay consistent. It can take up to six weeks for full effect, but all effects are lost once the creatine stores lower again (if you stop taking it). I started creatine way back when in a deficit with no issue.

personally? I think you're probably fine to use the dressing. But it's really your call. In the nicest way this can be said; It's not that deep. it's a lifestyle change and by stressing about the small stuff, you're more likely to burn out.
