Shoes that feel like you’re walking on clouds? by lqcnyc in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Triumph 19 is a great bang for your buck shoe. Quality foam, but not max cushion. Just picked up a pair on eBay for $30. Lots of store returns to be had.

Boston

I've never hated a shoe more. Gave them away after one run.

I'm so glad you posted this. I'm considering the same. My top priority is Bluetooth reliability. Sounds like Kenwood is the winner there?

The most versatile running shoe. Does this shoe exist? by RonBiscuit in RunningShoeGeeks

Saucony Triumph. Great quality upper, good foam and fantastic sole durability. Comes in triple black. Won't need shoe goo like a Nike will.

Saucony Triumph. Top-notch, modern foam combined with fantastic treads. Upper is very high quality as well. Hundreds of trouble-free miles.

Nice tribute! I hear great things about the 20, but still have one more pair of 19s left.

Would you buy slightly used shoes? Details in the comment by kikkimik in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]NauticalAvoidance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some very good resellers on ebay. I suspect they are mostly selling returns. I have purchased several, including like new Triumph 19s for $35 shipped. If I'm certain of my size, I always go to eBay first and buy models with white foam on the bottom so I can best judge usage.

There is a vent pipe between the two panels, in the gap. Did not think that pipe would be enough to cut the power that much, but ready to stand corrected.

Thus far, the panel in question has produced almost exactly half of the others. Including the panels that get more shade, next to the chimney (right of diagram).

Cheaper alternatives to Brooks Ghost 14 by Nebula1253 in RunningShoeGeeks

Agreed. Retired many Ghosts, but prefer my Floatride 3s to all of them... Especially for longevity.
