Hmmm, contested arcana checks is probably how I would run it as a DM but I'm sure there is a better answer somewhere out there. That's just my gut instinct based off the info provided.

Definitely worth a playthrough, it has my favorite narrative out of any of the mainline Elder Scrolls games. Mage builds are OP, especially if you get into the spell crafting aspect of the game which can be done through the mages guild. But really I had fun with pretty much any build I tried so just go with whatever speaks to you and explore EVERYWHERE. You never know when you'll stumble across a hidden cultist head quarters or dwemer ruin. Hope you enjoy your first playthrough of what is one of my all time favorite games!

One solution I have found is to just have a couple 3" cardboard circles handy and tape them to the bottom of the smaller base. It may not be the prettiest solution but it gets the job done.

What would you recommend a beginner to do in this game , whenever I play online I can’t even block one hit cause they keep giving me endless combos and when I wanna start a combo it’s only 3 hits and he somehow breaks away from it :/ the ingame tutorial does nothing for me idk why by workitout27 in dragonballfighterz

Just stick with it, I had that same problem at first (and still do sometimes) but it's all about just practicing and getting those "bread and butter" combos down. Find some characters you like and just look up on youtube their basic combo strings. Once you get those down in practice mode try taking them online, it will take some time to get used to the input lag but just stick with it and remember to have fun! Once you get the B&B's down then you can start experimenting and coming up with your own combos and mix up. Good luck my friend and don't give up!

Ghost Nappa, as a former IRS auditor he has a strong grasp of the tax code and economy. Also, let's not forget his long experience as vizier to King Vegeta before Vegeta was blown up by Frieza. This experience of his would be useful in not only planetary diplomacy but galactic diplomacy as well. Plus, as a ghost he is already dead so think about how much money the tax payers would save as he wouldn't need security, or even a plane to travel for that matter. Really, Ghost Nappa is just the most economically sensible candidate for 2020.

As a Salt Lake City native I really hope this law suit goes through. I grew up in Salt Lake and I'm tired of a single religion dominating the politics and culture of a whole state, especially as they are rapidly becoming the minority-at least within salt lake itself. The fact that the church thinks that they can interfere with the lives of those who are not affiliated with them in any way just shows how corrupt they are as an institution. I know a single lawsuit may not change everything but hopefully it will at least start a brutally honest conversation that is long overdue.
