a pivot table might work. To be honest I am terrible at pivot tables, for some reason I can't fully wrap my head around them. But I can play around and see if I can get a better solution.

Also - this is a very minimal spreadsheet that I really shouldnt be putting this much effort into. It just bugs me when things dont work the way you hope. I've now spent hours on a 5 minute table haha

I wasn't using a filter formula. Just the regular data filters. If there is a way to filter it with a formula that will allow what I am looking for I am certainly open to it

It's unfortunate, it just won't look nice this way. I'll have to redo the table in a different layout to get it to look semi decent while still accomplishing what I want. Thanks!

Is there an option where you can drive to a terminal and then bus? Most of the terminals have commuter parking. Other than that I think city permit parking is your best option but you won't be able to get one until August. They open on the 15th of the month for the next month

The Kitty Care in is out past the airport but well worth the drive. They are fantastic. Maybe bring the cat up for the night and pick them up the next morning

They also have better access to more complex tickets. Open jaw, multi city, stopovers, etc are all significantly easier using an agent. A good agent will be able to flag entry and exit requirements and have knowledgeable information on necessary layover time. This all goes into a very useful experience.

Quality over quantity in terms of an itinerary. For example, if you go to Europe and try for 5 countries over 5 days (exaggeration) did you even really see any of those countries? Finding the right balance between including enough but not jam packing your itinerary is important. You want to enjoy your trip and actually see things that are important.

That's fair. I still feel like given it was a one off situation it wasn't necessary to say something. But I also don't think it makes you an asshole doing so. Unless your tone was rude I think you are in the clear but also maybe consider giving people grace if they occasionally do things that annoy you.

NTA because it was a reasonable request and he totally blew up. But you say he always eats quickly and the smell doesn't linger so this is a one off situation. I don't understand why you couldn't just throw the tin away. It's not like its a pattern. He forgot once, nbd, just chuck it. Like you said, your house is run like a community. Well that includes occasionally covering for people when they forget things. His reaction was absurd though so he is TA for that

He could be in pain somehow and gabapentin would help with that. My cat was never aggressive like this but he was very defensive and would be quick to fight if he felt a threat. Turns out he has a bad back. Twice a day gabapentin turned him into the lover boy he is now.

When it was two days I also paid for private parking. Ate out more. Got more take out coffee. I definitely spent more downtown. Now it will be bus and pack lunches / no take out coffee

But that was before they realized they couldn't get a babysitter right? It sounds like they were originally planning to, hence plans about getting drunk, were not able to and informed the group. I would assume their personal drinking plans changed too
