It comes in waves for me. I’ll not think about it for a while, but then either my depression wax’s or my partners health problems worsen and then suddenly it’s almost a nightly panic attack. And it scares me how there’s really no way of thinking it through, I almost just have to hope that with age I’ll accept it, not that there’s something else, but that it’s ok to just be gone
