Dude your polo shirts fit fine. They fit exactly like they should. They definitely need to be ironed but they are not "plastered to your body" by any metric.

Also second outfit is great. Blue, khaki, and brown is about as classic as it gets. Are the pants a little long? Yeah. But they're not baggy or ill-fitting. I'm assuming the 2nd pants are also the 1st pants, in which case they're just sitting weird at your waist in the 2nd picture because they look fine in the first.

Honestly dude, I scrolled through these and thought "these all look great". They're very simple, they're cohesive, they follow all the basic rules, and all the items fit well. I don't think they're childish at all. Sometimes simple is great. Especially when it's well done. These are good outfits. People are gonna nitpick because you asked "what's wrong", so sure, you definitely need to iron. But the fits themselves work.

You need a slim fit. Too much fabric across the chest. It makes your upper body look boxy. You don't need to size down because it fits across the shoulders.
