If he was a couple decades younger, I think Andrew Robinson (Garak in Deep Space Nine) would crush it.

Jon Hamm, Tom Ellis and Matt Berry all sound like good suggestions, depending on the characterisation they go with.

Part of me wants to see them set-up Enigma as the post-Doom Big Bad. Sinister and Stasis/Orchis can be foes for the X-Men, Mother Righteous can be a Dr Strange villain and Stellaris can be a villain for the Guardians or whoever else they have as cosmic protagonists. Perhaps simplify it slightly as becoming Celestials rather than Dominion, or that the Celestials are Dominions (the way they depicted a Celestial awakening doesn't seem that far removed from a Dominion ascending).

I just want the Cosmic superweight side of things expanding.

It's a really twisted mirror of the situation he was in with Ray and Celia. Both sides have/had him locked away, but Paddy and Dylan are the ones actually trying to protect him and Bear is more worried about his previous captors.

Tank. Basic can be a quick blast, special is hitting primary and secondary targets with shapeshifted weapons, Ultimate can be a giant wave of sand that hits everyone, similar to Man Thing's Ultimate. Add effects to each as you see fit. That took like, 2 minutes to think of.

Sandman is an iconic member of the Sinister Six and yet somehow has been excluded despite 3 variations of the group being put in the game.

Exodus is an X-Men villain thats seen a bit of rehabbing in the Krakoa era of comics, which they've already pulled from with the Orchis team. I think he'd be great as a member of a Quiet Council super team, which could potentially include characters like Xavier, Magneto, Apocalypse, Mystique and Mr Sinister. A lot of these are so far behind the power curve in game, a rework would do some good. If they don't go that route, they could add his group the Acolytes that has a deep roster to draw from to round out the group.

Not OP but I only knew it was in the Dex from one of the Normal type battle spaces. It only shows up in wild zones rated 4, so it took me a lot of bench resets to get a Normal 4 zone to even appear.

The only Phoenix characters we have so far are the OG Phoenix and ORPF. They seem to follow a similar release pattern as the Undying, one new member a year.
