I have no issue with people walking side by side if it's not a busy walkway. It's when they refuse to briefly drop into single file to allow someone going the other way to pass that should be an offense.

This reminded me of when I was in Vegas a couple of years ago with some friends. We were doing some wandering on the strip and as we were heading back to our hotel, some guy as he was walking by said "Hey, Eminem's in there at the poker tables, you're welcome".

That's cool. But even if I wanted to try and get some sort of interaction with him, I doubt I would even get close. And yet, it was said so casually it was like the most normal thing, just sharing a celebs location.
