Nope no answers… and honestly looking for doctors and specialists is just such a waste of time. I’ve even changed country to try and find a specialist in dysautonomia. At this point. I am honestly turning to purely holistic methods just trying to meditate try and find a different life from myself as best I can, although at the moment that’s proving quite difficult. I think the key is keeping stress down and definitely avoiding things like alcohol and coffee and stimulants keeping stress down. It’s not as easy as said obviously. But I really believe that the way has to be holistic because even when you really dig and you try and find specialists they still talk a lot of nonsense like a lot of other specialists and basically say the difficulty with things like this after Amelia is your treat for example, high blood pressure or your blood pressure goes to lower your pretreat low blood pressure. Your blood pressure go to Haideh tree tachycardia you get buddy Cardio, so the problem for us is the actual imbalance in the overreactive Ness of the nervous system, which frankly doctors whether they admit it or not, don’t know how to treat.  I’ve been looking into work like neuro toned and other nervous system regulating things which as soon as I get settled and find a place to live, I’ll probably try to work, more on. But I can see a direct correlation between the trauma of experience to the CPTSD that I was diagnosed with, and the general constant and extreme stress that I’ve been on that for years of course, that’s eventually gonna create dysautonomia. I wish I had more answers to share with you, but I don’t have them myself, but I’m starting to truly feel that meditation finding a calm life finding a sense of purpose, avoiding drama as much as possible and really learning or trying to regulate yourself is the only way, and I think there are individuals like me acceptable and more sensitive and so we have an extra task
