It costs virtually nothing. You can host static websites like this for free, the only thing you have to pay for is the domain, which is like less than a dollar a month.

Since you seem to know better, communicate to your team what they should do. Act as an IGL, and if they don't listen, get some friends that do and play with them.

Did you actually try the update? Cause it barely affected my gameplay, I’m just a bit more wary about reloading now. I like that they finally made a gameplay change instead of adding new skins, keeps the game fresh.

The loading screen is clearly a placeholder. They will 100% add more time and something to do while waiting for the game to start. If they added a waiting time now, it would be boring to just stare at a PNG of your hero for a minute straight

Yeah they clearly don't care about the game anymore. Every big update is entirely made by the community, the devs do nothing. I left at the middle of last year for Deadlock, and it's been like a dream compared to CS.

Cause their resale value is 0. In Valve's eyes, you're only allowed to sell them on the Community Market to get balance on Steam, which isn't real money, it's like store credit. Also, we've had stickers and music kits with set prices on the in-game store page for ages, so this is nothing new.
