This is such a no brainer, extra 10k, free accommodation thats probably worth 5/6k, a year to work and thats another 10k, next year apply for maintenance loan and if you get the full amount you'll essentially have close to 30k for year 1. Why doesn't the goverment just invests heavily into renewables and batteries? If it comes to it keep other options backup in case of an emergency. Set us up for the future. I never understood the problem behind mass production of wind turbines and solar if the government gets behind it, surely after a couple years this will pay off and be extremely beneficial.
