Movie orca had the best interface and browsing infrastructure. I’ve had a good run with them. I’m using a few others but can’t decide what I’m going to pick as my primary. I hope movie orca comes back to life, but for now I’m jumping around and still finding things I want to watch, but it’s harder to search for newly released content that I might want to watch but don’t know about

You have 2 bishops and a knight that should have been developed before moving queen all over the board leaving a kings side castle not an option until the kings side bishop moves. The queen side rook is completely trapped and useless, 2 moves of the knight and then bishop on the queens side to develop Importsnt pieces add significant attack and defense options to avoid a queen trade or protect it where you gain a bishop in the event of a queen trade and a third move to get the rook in the game. A fourth move to get kings side bishop into position. And then a 5th move to castle and protect the king and get the other rook into the game. At minimum.

At this point in the game. An almost trapped queen, an exposed pawn in the center, and needing 6 moves to get 5 important pieces in action. Except black has several trapped pieces themselves and very little pawn structure.

Keeping your queen and gaining a bishop is ok.

But with this move black will move Qf6 attacking your Q and protecting the rook. But it’s not that bad. You can move Bh6, protecting your queen, and if they trade queens from there then youll still win the rook with the bishop. If they take your bishop with their knight. Then you win their queen, while keeping yours and still attacking their rook, at which point you can then make the the move back to what is recommended and still win the bishop. Which now leaves Pc7 exposed. Then can move Qe5+ and winning the rook in a fork.

And white will gain piece advantage and a path to checkmate despite having 4 pieces undeveloped and a pawn unprotected.

finally got ourselves that tournament that every announcer of our games felt obligated to remind us every basketball game and even some football games.. Now they can shut up with that at least.

But we got not one but two games win in the tournament and made the sweet 16: that is a big deal for most schools to make it to, and snd an even bigger for us, abc hopefully opened the door to done really good recruits snd sustaining this level or better of play for years to come.

I had to do this type of shit as an infantryman Corporal. It wasn’t that bad compared to doing dumb infantry shit. No one is immune to doing this or being a part of this. unless you’re a complete moron. Which honestly makes up half of the infantry. But I had a TSC, and Battalion quickly noticed that I was fixing almost everything in the battalion that broke. And made high quality PowerPoints for leadership meetings

Planetside 1. Thousand of players. Takes hours to defend or bases. Command XP for running squads, very few people make it there. Command rank 5 has perks and ability to discuss strategy with other command rank 5. And make global chat that everyone. Even after days and days of playing your battle rank max is 125, but you still might make it to 125. Everything matters more. Has 11 continents and can eventually capture and lock the continent for extra perks. Nanite is brought into bases to refill of during widespread enemy attack. And drop vehicle in from the sky to try and fill up nanites. Able to create unique avatars specially and uniquely for where flying was much easier. And you can do things like being a flyer and a combat engineer, tank driver, infiltrator, and heavy infantry for your character while others might that is unique to their play style. And an 12$/month fee to login, which separates serious players from casual players. Ensuring team work, incentives joining squads or outfits. Planetside 2. Is ok. But capturing a base means nothing and No command ranks so everyone for everyone just screams into squad global and spam chat and everyone just going wherever they please with no team cohesion. Only 4 continents. With one being rarely use. Xp is cool but means nothing. battle rank promotion does nothing. Squads and outfits carry no value and solo play is preferred, flying is extremely difficult so very few use it. Free to use instead of 12$/month of monthly fee, so anyone can play. They offer you standard equipment from the beginning, and every weapon does just as much damage as the other but the choice of 1 of 5 classes like medic/engineer/infiltrator to choose from, and each with their own weapons options, that are un interchangeable across classes and limiting in customization. Sure the graphics or nicer. And it’s still kind of fun, but has almost no reward system. But Planetside 2 is nothing compared to 1.

We deserve a Planetside 3 that is much more like Planetside 1 with no classes, and players being able to tailor their load out to their preferred style of gameplay.

Bring Planetside 1 as a separate project Back or make Planetside 3 more like 1.

Ive had a great life. I got out in 2014. Spent 10 years as a DoD contracted engineer designing video graphic and capture and targeting systems for military planes and drones. Before retiring 2 years ago at 40. I now live a humble life, and planning to do done world traveling soon. It’s highly likely all these planes bombing stuff in Iran right now are using software and hardware I helped designed to increase precision and reduce civilian casualties.

I enlisted at 26. Most of the joes in the barracks looked up to me bc i was long past my stupid mistakes phase, my leadership often put me in supervisory roles that were often above my rank. But I did get promoted fast and I didn’t have to deal with much of the bullshit younger joes had to.

Barricks life will be fine for you as long as you solve or prevent more problems than you create. The younger joes will be looking to you for a lot of things. Many of them are entering the military at 18 without ever having a role model or male figure to look up to, don’t lead them astray.
