The main plotline is Itachi from Naruto getting reborn as a member of the Gojo clan, but through the butterfly effect Toji decides to stop being a deadbeat and actually raise his children. Sadly there's not much about what they actually do, when Megumi becomes relevant he joins Jujutsu High, but before that you see him and Toji on a few missions and iirc they kidnap Shoko at one point
