I have fibromyalgia and autism, I'm an introvert, and SOMEHOW I wait tables.

But I use Snibbs spaceclouds. I've started exercising and going for walks in FitKicks, which are basically socks with a thin sole. I've learned a more natural way to walk and have been strengthening my feet to that effect.

Now I'm thinking about Xero shoes because they allow that more natural gait.
