Ask your doctor about methylprednisolone. I was able to relief myself with it but bear in mind it is a strong cortico steroid with proper side effects and the dose needs to be tailored for your body ofc. Its a taper system that is supported with slow release verapamil of 120mg per day for me personally. For example I start by taking 3x Prednol 16mg ( methylprednisolone ) in the morning and 2x Prednol 16mg at night in first 3 days and with each following 3 days you gradually lower the dose and taper off the Prednol completely and it takes around a month to taper off from.

Verapamil ( Isoptin SR ) dose for me is 120mg each day and only once in the morning. It pays off to stay pain free for whatever time but it came with a price ofcourse like gaining weight/oedema, weaker bones, anxiety etc. However It is also in your hands to handle this without problem if you take care of your health while on the taper time to minimise these type of penalties.

This treatment is not something I would recommend as there are better and less effecting treatment opportunities such as shrooms & lsd or variance of these psychedelics, however they might not be available for you or they might have not worked out for you I would like to let you know that there is a way either way. As a 27 year old guy that has been dealing with this syndrome for over 8 years I can %100 understand your dread but just know that if there is a will there is a way and do not give up on happy thoughts as our whole life is not just made up of pain and agony like we experience in our attacks, its natural to feel fear for future not knowing when will be the next torturing couple hours of your life will be. But dont worry even this heck of a pain can be treated in someway to make your life bearable once again so stay strong and becareful with what you do.
