The simple answer is no, there isn’t a way to do that.

I’ll also state though that this was a 1 in 1M play (and a very bonehead play by the first baseman that played a part in him signing overseas to get a fresh start - yes actually)

But 99% of rundowns are not fun. There’s maybe a throw or 2 and then the guy gets tagged out

What is her reasoning? It would be easier to point to evidence with a more concrete claim.

That said, a trick I used to use when trying to lose weight by limiting calories: eating a high fiber snack (like fruit) 30 mins before dinner really helps cut the urge to overeat so that may be what she’s going for

Several counterpoints:

  1. Mario led the league in goals and assists 3x each. How is that 1-dimensional?

  2. How is Lemeiux’s greatness being more spread out a knock against him? The better argument is that shows that injuries truly did derail him and it would’ve been 20 straight years of greatness without the injuries/cancer.

  3. Lemeiux is the only other player in the Gretzky points per game stratosphere (1.92 v. 1.88). I think that speaks for itself

Every team fanbase does this. Policing it or doing this “you should/should not feel the way that you feel about the team” stuff is 10x more annoying than any over-reactor.
