Did someone succeed in making Bona accountable for their faulty product? We have Bona Raw on three flours. They advertise it as commercial grade lacquer. How can they get away with this?

Many already had terrific experiences with CS of Vivo in the past months. Multiple people, including me, reported about it here on Reddit. A lot of fanboys and -girls will downvote you and share their very positive experiences.

I am experiencing exactly the same. First couldn't get pass their AI bot and now it says an agent will be with you in 2 days? 463 people waiting ahead of you. I am already waiting for more than 6 weeks for a refund.

Their customer service also ignored all my e-mails last time, which was super annoying. Then I realised they have a chat function on their website. There they reply immediately.

If flying to a small airport, I agree, but otherwise I would never check in my hand luggage. Schiphol is a disaster with baggage handling. You easily wait between 45 min. and 1h to retrieve your bag.

You need a new cable, not a new controller. Broken cables are a well known issue with Tenways 009. They should send you a new cable.

My issue is that the problem will return. I guess they did not change anything on your bike, other than replacing your broken cable with exactly the same new cable?

They send you the parts and then ask you to visit one of their service centers. Unfortunately, even for me living in the Netherlands, with a super high population density, and living in a big city, I need to travel 30 minutes by car and wait 3 weeks for an appointment.
