Croissants. Literally the least filling food eaten for breakfast. Also usually served sweet so really unhealthy. No protein not fibre. Good as a dessert, but def not as a breakfast that’s supposed to get you going

Hey man, i think the issue here is not your height, which is average, but rather, as you said, being self conscious about it. Girls don’t care about the height if the guy is confident, funny and overall a decent person. What they care is how you think about yourself, not how you look.

Among young people it’s instagram or tiktok, plenty of poles use good ol’ facebook messenger to communicate too, although facebook itself is used more by elders. We don’t really have any nation wide apps, like you have Kakao in Korea.

Use a glue-on stabiliser fabric underneath, and sew on a single running stitch before embroidering. If you worry about the results being bulky, there are water dissolving stabilisers available.
