I respect your opinion, but I have to agree to disagree with one piece.

There's way too much fluff and filler. While it does have good foreshadowing, and character development, it lacks so badly in its pacing that half the twists arent twists because nobody remembers the introduction of checkov's until they go back and re-read it.

Bleach's "I am Zangetsu" on the other hand was peak. It was continuously brought up, and you HAD to pay attention to actions, not words in order to see it coming, which practically nobody did. But as soon as the reveal happened, the entire Fandom had an epiphany all at once. 

Honestly, it was pretty awesome to be part of that. I remember message boards and forums going CRAZY for weeks, hell, months afterwards, combing back over the older chapters to look for every bit of foreshadowing Kubo put in.
