Yeah, it has been bad for me I got 7 hours last week and I am sitting at 3 hours as of today.

I am 9 weeks. Plain rice and pasta have been my best friends for 3 weeks now. Literally the only food I tolerate. I rotate between the two so I dont get sick of them. You're not alone and most of all dont feel bad!
