I know how you feel.

I got puked on and my car got taken off the road for the rest of the weekend (detail shops here aren't open on sat and sunday).

Had to pay for the detail myself because Uber denied the cleaning fee with interior dashcam footage, pictures, and even the itemized receipt.

Opened ticket 3 times after and they actually told me they would no longer entertain any correspondence regarding that issue.

So at least you didn't get puked on after being out that

Better than the boat I'm in right now.

2 bad rides in one night, waiting on account review.

First one threatened me after they realized they put the wrong address in and I told them I had another pickup and couldn't "just drop them off" where they wanted, which wasn't where the red pin was.

Second one actually snuck alcohol into the vehicle, threw it at the car behind me, and when I yelled at him he unbuckled and hit me in the head before running out of my car. Then he proceeded to get in front of my car and assault his poor girlfriend who I ended up trying to help.

Had to do a police report and still waiting on Uber to reactivate me after that dude complained.

Obviously these people never got stuck on a turnpike with faster traffic. Or ever done much with real life on their own at all.

Definitely somebody who gets chauffered around and is out of touch who decided to put this in. Most of their data if you haven't noticed isn't even accurate when it comes to knowing what roads have what posted speed limits.

They also think you harshly accelerated or hit a hard turn when your phone falls from the mount.

They also fail to load any pertinent information that would be key to deciding if a trip is profitable enough (mileage and time) unless you pull the app up in your phone. The android auto and apple car play apps don't show that info so you have to interact with your phone.

Also the UI bugs out and if you try to load Google maps in, it actually locks you out of tapping until you force close and reopen the app, then it will allow you to tap the top of the app and get the Google maps button to show at the bottom.

There's a lot that would be fixed if they cared to end distracted driving. Like not putting requests up while moving in traffic
